Too dope! Thank you bunches. Since I have 3 of those 4 songs currently on my playlist, this sounds right up my alley!

The stationary bike I use lets me pretty much lean forward and rest my head and not really have to look up. Really helps when you're pushing 155BPM and you're struggling. On a bike, if I rested my head and didn't look up, I'd have a lot more problems than keeping my heart rate at 155BPM!

I have made a quick spreadsheet in Excel where all you have to do is plug in C, H, A, W, & T and it will automatically calculate it for you. If you want, I can e-mail it to you, just message me your e-mail. This is helpful for calculating the calories burned for different exercises over the course of time and not having to…

I'm fairly certain this is applicable to most anything: Calculate the calories that you burned if you're male. This is given by the equation C = (0.6309 x H + 0.2017 x A + 0.09036 x W - 55.0969) x time / 4.184. C = Calories burned H = average heart rate in bpm, A = age in years, W = weight in pounds T = length of the…

The key is to keep your heart rate at a number above 90 and below 150 (for most). Personally, I keep mine above 140, but it takes me about 3-4 minutes to work up to it. I stay riding at that rate for 15-25 minutes. There is a good formula for calculating your calories burned using your BPM, age, sex, and time on the bike.…

Oh yeah!!! I was at the Ravens/Broncos playoffs game last year, and I'll be at the home opener. I'm ready for some revenge!!!

I'm already in for the 50 mile May running challenge. I'll get in for this one, too, but I'm going to set it low. And it's all being done on a stationary bike, but I keep my heart rate at above 140 the entire time I'm on the bike, so I think that makes up for it! I'll go 50 miles, same as jogging. I think I'll hit that a…

I've got a pretty good set-up going. I bring my breakfast, lunch, and dinner to work. Also have a gym here at my job, so i work out after getting off, shower, then eat my dinner in the work center. So I buy ALL my groceries for one week, take out two days worth and leave them at home, and then bring the rest to the office.…

I don't have a college team. My college didn't have a football program, so I always just enjoyed the game and not rooted for anyone. Last year I rooted for KState, as my girlfriend at the time was a Wildcats alumni. We're done, so I guess I either need a team or I'll just root for the underdogs all year! And sorry, I guess…

Wow... A Steelers, Ravens, and Patriots fan in the first few responses. I have already made enemies! ;)

I live in Colorado...multiple craft breweries up here. I racked up over 1,100 calories touring 4 breweries, and that was me taking it easy! If I go out drink Jim Beam & water with a squeeze of lemon. There's only 63 calories in a shot of Jim Beam. Also, I've found if I make a good, healthy meal that sounds like it'd be…

5 days out of the week, I get up at 5:00AM and have a bagel, greek yogurt, and black coffee around 6:45-7:10AM. On my two days off, I get up whenever (hey we gotta sleep in sometimes!) and go right to eat. I woke up exactly 30 minutes ago and I've had my morning greek yogurt and about to unpeel a banana. Undecided if I'm…

I have got to stop looking at this thread when I've already consumed everything I've planned to consume for the day!

Might sound weird, but this was my dinner tonight: Use a fork to poke holes in the sweet potato, wrap in a damp paper towel, and then nuke it for 5-8 minutes. I usually cut my potato in half...them suckers are huge! Anyways, tonight I steamed my tater, mashed it up, then heated some black beans and piled them on top for a…

250 in, 150 to go! I think I'll try and knock them out this hour!

I used to play HoN and Dota2, but I think I've played once in the past few weeks.

100 down, 300 to go!

30 days in September, April, June, and November... 31 days? 50 miles? Let's go.

AWESOME! So jelly! I just finished W5D2 (Run 8, walk 5, run 8) earlier for the third time this week. That W5D3 is certainly daunting, but reading that you just got done with it makes me want to attempt it tomorrow. THANK YOU!

All your meals look so delicious. My meals are pretty much the same every day. People say, "don't you get tired of it?!" Nope. It's just sustenance to me. There aren't many vegetables I even like the taste of, but I have no problem getting passed it. Mind over matter! This is my lunch on 6 out of 7 days of the week.…
