Great news! I am about 21/2 weeks into metabolism reset. I actually feel hungry now unllike at first. Still feeling bloated BUT NOT weak like I was feeling on vlcd.

Ok, just finished stage 5. I STILL cannot decide if I want to do stage 6. I am interested in the pull ups. Now we move on to the barbell split squat. How are all of you doing this? Do you have a spotter? I afraid I will fall on my A**.:blushing: Any input from the ladies who are doing this stage?

Yep, me too was on WW twice. The first time was really hard only 18 points per day. Hardly any food.

I like these much better than flax seeds. Chia seeds have NO taste unlike flax seeds, which have a kinda nutty flavor. They do stick in every crevice of my teeth though.

Yes, hire PT. I did to show me correct form with squats (not smith machine, use squat rack) and deadlifts. Instead of weighing yourself take measurements. I started NROL4W in February. I lost 41/2 inches of my waist in April! Now my waist is a 27. My core is so much stronger also. Currently in the middle of Stage 5. EAT…
