Grrrrrrr!!!! I only got half of NROL4W Stage 4 B done. Gym lost power because of a down power line. Not freakin happy. Should I do the rest on Friday plus workout A or just skip the rest of B?

Taking a week off between stages
I was wonder if any of you take a week off between stages like the book suggests. I would definitely benefit from the off week, just don't know if I can, going to the gym is such a habit now.
