Thanks everyonefor your in-put! I did find out about a year ago that I do have PCOS. I at that tme had my thyroid and hormone levels checked. From working in health care and knowing a nurse that became a doctor I knew what to have tested more extensively. I think I just have to start taking more vitamins.

I know from experience the same with about the color of my pee with the apple cider vinager. Also I have heard and read it does help burn calories. When my sister was loosing weight which she lost 100lbs she used apple cider vinager also a lot, especially on her salad's.
