I try to exercise first thing in the morning, then I know it is done for the day. This morning I swam for an hour and then twice during the week I'll do hour sessions of zumba. I have a treadmill outside but I get SO bored on it.

There's a box set from the official zumba people you can get. It comes with 3cd's and some weights/dumbbells kinda things. I find it REALLY good. You might find it on eBay/amazon? I found mine in a charity shop. Hope this helps x

Hiya, I'm in pretty much the same situation as you! When I'm counting cals/exercising I feel great but something happens or i get lazy, it all stops and I feel terrible! I've noticed I buy crisps etc now where I never did before which of course means my little boy eats them too. Maybe we can support each other :)
