  • Second, third, fourth, I have been trying for a while. I have found that I do much better when I am logging everything that I eat and keeping track of my exercise. I have be using my FitBit to keep track so I just reactivated my MFP account. its easier to log on.
  • Welcome, You will love MFP get the phone app if you don't have it yet it helps with entering food that you eat when your away from your computer. Tandy
  • I agree with everyone on this, you cannot break up with someone and remain friends. It's better to just move on. Please be aware if it gets to weird to notify the police, if you never respond this could make him angry (if he's that kind of guy). Just be careful!
  • Never feel alone. I have developed a liking for working out, and eating right...(well its still developing) and I use to hate to drink water. That i can say has changes I drink water all the time now. As long as your doing this for yourself you will be just fine, and as you get older it gets harder and harder to lose…

  • I know just how you feel I do the same thing and then feel terrible afterward. I worked out and then sat on my but for the rest of the day. I feel like a slug and can't seem to find my motovation. I think it's because I have my dead-lline of ten pounds looming and I haven't lost enough.. It sucks when you can' even stay…
