I started jogging around your current weight, well at least walk/jogging. I would set out and try to hit certain landmarks and walk to the next alternating, until one day I was like you know what I am just gonna start jogging and not stop til I hit a mile, no matter what speed I was going I am going to do the jogging…

<This guy is 35, take it easy on us oldtimers, you young and healthy whipper snappers. LOL

wow, that's awesome, look like a whole new person. Great dedication

It is more than likely loose skin with some remnants of fat left, I got it too, if it bothers you do what I did and buy a mirdle or compression shirt. There's nothing you can really do about it except wait and hope that it bounces back or get surgery to remove it. My belly is the bad area arms and legs I don't really have…

I am not on it now and 40-50 grams of what, I was doing a weightloss program with a hospital

I lost about 135 of my lbs in 7 months while in a state of Ketosis, I was being monitored by doctors and a nutritionist though, I lost the rest of it by slowing reintroducing carbs and exercising my *kitten* off. The more you say no to the craving the easier it gets, be careful not to drink too much alcohol cause it can…

As a dude, I would try to hide that stuff until I know the woman a little better, and I would expect a woman to do the same. If my wife burped now no matter what the decibel level I wouldn't really care, but if she was burping and farting like crazy on our first date it would definately be a turn off.

I set the record and won gold in being an *kitten*, just ask my mother, oh and pooping and passing gas, ask my wife. The advantages of a high fiber and protein diet.

I am not sure on the VO2 Max, but 23% is pretty good for a female and in the avg range for a male. I am sure you can google VO2 and find out the ranges, on the body fat number generally you would prefer to do it before you work out and an hour or two before you ate. The more hydrated you are the lower your number will be…

on my last nike plus run, I ran for about 58 minutes, I ran 6.3 miles, the nike ap had me at around 900 cals burned and my HRM with chest strap had me at around 1150 cals, so the spark estimate looks like it could be pretty accurate, my avg hr was in the high 140 to low 150's. I am 5'7 and 185 lbs, I am 35 years old.

I want it, and to think I was gonna spend all that money to get them tattooed on
-
Yup, I started out at 376.4 and now maintain between 185 and 190. Good Luck on your journey

do you eat processed foods and meals because that can cause you to retain water (alot of sodium). If you do I recommend drinking more than 8 glasses a day.

Now that's some funny *kitten*

I thought it was 4 cals per gram of carb and 6 to 7 per gram of protein
-
Try to avoid the prepackaged meals and if you do eat a bunch of them drink more water. Also there are alot of sugars and carbs in fruit which can help you retain water as well. So I would maybe limit your fruit to two servings a day which is 60 calories and 12 to 15 grams of carbs. A big banana can be considered two…

I have flat and wide feet, I wear Brooks Beast. But if you can't find anything in your size in the shoe you like, I echo what some others have said and look online or get refitted at a running shoe store

the only thing you can really do is lead by example. mentioning it to them will not do anything, until they want to make the change for themselves. my dad saw what my wife and I did over the last year and started dieting and losing weight in December, he is now down 90 lbs or so. I am very proud of him. My mom quit smoking…

I say try to ride it, who cares what others think, you will fit and just think of the added motivation if you don't. You will fit though.

It's funny you say roadkill, never really thought about dodging roadkill until today I saw a dead red fox in the breakdown lane today, and by red fox, I am not talking the comedian.

The only real time I run on a treadmill is when I am doing a quick 15 min warmup before lifting and when I am in a hotel and don't know the area that well. The most important thing especially with running outside is it takes more of a toll on your body and make sure you get some good sneakers. The running store near me has…

In no particular order 1.) riding a rollercoaster again 2.) shopping in regular stores 3.) ran my first 5k without stoppng 4.) ran my first 10k without stopping 5.) Inspiring my dad to lose 90lbs

I would just eat what you would normally eat and try not to eat anything too close to the start of the race. You're last meal should be about 3 hours before the race. I would just make sure you drink some fluids leading up to the race, especially if it's gonna be hot. Maybe drink some smart water, Propel Zero, or Powerade…

I will ask people in the area if they are using a weight, a stool, a machine if they are in the vicinity of it. If no one says they are using it, it's fair game. I have actually taken equipment when there was a water bottle lying around, cause honestly I have left water bottles cause I just forgot. If someone has a problem…

I use Nike+, If you have an Iphone or another smart phone that is compatible you don't need to buy the sensor for your shoe. It tracks distance, time, calories (if you put your stats in properly), you can use it on the internet to map out new courses where you live, you can actually track how the run or walk was. It also…

I was in the same boat a little more than a year ago, I didn't believe it myself back then. it gets very addictive to the point my personal trainer tells me not to run too much. Needless to say I have been listening to him some. Sometimes I get tattled on when his other clients say they saw me running somewhere about 3 or…

I am thinking about doing one in August, more than likely gonna do one. I think it's like a 300m swim, 10 mile bike ride, and a 5k. I run about 2 times a week longer distances 5 miles or more, bike ride once a week 20+ miles, and I have a pool so I go swimming on occassion. I am not too worried about having energy for it,…
