  • I'm grateful that I found this discussion thread today. I love the positive vibes. I'm grateful that I dragged myself out of bed at 5:30 am and was on a spinning bike at 6 am. I'm grateful for the days I figure out how to add exercise to a busy day -- and then do it. I'm grateful for a good night's sleep.
  • Hello All, I'm in, too. If I can lose 20 lbs by 5/20 you'll hear my scream of joy from coast to coast. Today I did 50 minutes of exercise - 20 minutes treadmill walk/run, 20 minutes of elliptical, and 10 minutes of swim. Thanks for starting this challenge. HW: 243 CW: 210 GW: 175
