It's not Striiv, according to them. It's MyFitnessPal. MFP dropped support for the Striiv service.

I have a Striiv Fusion, but I was just told by a Striiv customer service representative that MyFitnessPal has discontinued support for this brand of products.

I can help you with this if you still need it.

My twelve year old daughter wanted to know the minimum age for joining MFP, so I Googled it and, to my dismay, found this thread. I thought the MFP community would answer SavanaNicole's question with at least some sympathy, but you all turned harsh, rude, and just plain mean. I agree with EugenesBackpack, you all should be…

Go watch the movie "Frozen". You'll be singing "Let ig go, let it gooooo..." for the rest of the day. Or better yet, watch this motivational video. It never ceases to make me feel better: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_gyL1QFcls0 But seriously, we all have slip-ups from time to time. Learn from it and move on. This is a…

I think "cheat days" are OK, as long as they don't become habitual. If you are making steady progress, and know you can jump back on your plan the next day, then eating things you love, but that might not be the most healthy for you, is good for you mentally. I use Endomondo for tracking treadmill, walking and hiking sessions. It is fantastic. I also download the tracks from my hikes from the Endomondo site and upload them to AllTrails.com for other hikers to use. I love Sworkit for tracking strength training and stretching. I get my workout out of the way so in the evening, I can feel free to spend time with my wife and kids. Plus, I don't drink as much coffee in the morning anymore. Some mornings, I forget to even…

It doesn't matter where you've been. All that matters is where you're going. The key is to begin. Good habits are just as addictive as bad habits. Make good choices! :-) Welcome back and I wish you the best. G

Haven't done it, but it looks like a goal I'd like to reach after I've lost a few more pounds. My old knees need to be considered.

So far, just sodas. Even diet sodas. Trying to drink more water. G
