A man that can make me laugh for days... as well as some meaningful conversation in between fits of laughter

I have the same problem!! The only thing that works for me is not having any sweets in the house; But if you do..make sure its only a little amount so if you are unable to stop yourself, you end up not messing up too badly anyway. I will do just fine if I avoid the sweets altogether but once I have a bite..its over, and I…

Hey everyone my name is Christina! I tried the January challenge and ended up messing up only 5 days into the month. This month I hope to get a lot farther than that. I struggle with a binge eating problem that came back when I got sooo close to my goal and then started getting too comfortable. I'm hoping to hold myself…

I see that a couple people are having their calories-burned underestimated by MFP, but my case is completely opposite. My calorie total displayed on my HRM is always a bit/a lot lower than the calories that MFP estimates. Before I got a heart rate monitor I was always going off of what the machines told me I burned, which…

I don't find it odd, because I guess everyone has their different quirks that make them unique! For me, the biggest thing that attracts me the most would be a very warm and inviting smile on a man. The type that makes you believe you could really say or do anything and that person won't pass any judgment on you. Besides…

I completed the insanity program about 8 months ago and had very nice results. I lost 8lbs and 6-7 inches off my waist! My advice would be to always always always use good form when performing the exercises. Insanity was very hard on my knees and at some point my knees were hurting on a daily basis when I wasn't even…

lol I'm socially awkward so I pretend that I didn't see them looking, stare at the floor and walk away as if I have somewhere super important to be

I think you should seriously consider purchasing a heart rate monitor. I know what it is like to reach a plateau and be frustrated that no weight is dropping when you are putting so much work in. It also doesn't make sense for you to gain weight if you are on a diet program where the foods are prepackaged and already put…

Hi! My name is Christina. I'm really excited to give this challenge a try because I have been slipping up ever since mid November. I've gained about 9 lbs during this time because I got too comfortable as I grew very close to my goal weight. I always worked out 5-6 days a week, but I was overeating enough to negate all the…

My goal this year is to finally drop the last 20lbs and wear my first bikini ever by the time the beach weather returns! Besides that, I really want to stop binge eating with sweets! They're my kryptonite.

I've tried and failed many times all my life. I've always been overweight no matter how active I was. I tried nutrisystem while I was in high school. Dropped 15lbs and gained it right back (and then some) after I had completed it and had to actually make my own food decisions. In college I reached my heaviest weight and…

I like to use the '7minute workout' app on my iPhone and do that two times. Its basically just 30 seconds of one exercise (pushups, burpees, squats, jumping jacks etc) with 10 seconds in between. Gets the heartrate up pretty quickly
