I bought a king sized candy bar and an xbox game for my brothers birthday then ate the candy bar. Next day bought two king sized candy bars so I wouldn't eat his again...ate both. I ended up only giving him the xbox game. Happy Birthday bro... lol

I'm about 5'8' and my goal weight is 145lbs! Currently I at 165lbs. I've been in the 157-165lbs range for months now because I can't stop myself from overindulging in late night desserts >.< Besides that I weight train 3 times a week for 30-45 minutes and do cardio 5-6 days a week for about 30-70 minutes

I weigh once a week every monday morning after my shower. I like the whole idea of weighing daily and taking averages though, thats seems a lot more accurate
