  • I'm an instructor and am always looking at videos on you tube for new ideas. I don't have a ton of time at the moment myself to skype but check out GRDancefitness (you can google the name it and look up videos) - she has a ton of great routines for you to look up. Good luck!
  • Hey there - I'm a trainer and "fitnessy" person who has been using the site for a while and I love it ;) Welcome! - it's a really helpful tool... the best thing I've seen in regards to being accurate and being user-friendly too. If you want to add me as a friend, feel free. I'd be glad to help and encourage!
  • To properly cleanse, it's best to drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces a day. 150 punds = 150 ounces a day. That is the best formula I've experienced! Good luck!
  • I agree - you should stick with the Polars. They have stood the test of time and fitness wear and tear. Nothing will be 100% accurate but it will definately get you in the right ball park!
  • thank you for all the input everyone - some definite things to look into there!
  • Amen sister... amen. One of the joys of being a women... that once a month weight gain. :noway: I can gain almost 8 pounds if I'm not careful with my sodium intake the week prior. Drink plenty of water and exercise even through the cramps and it'll get easier. Keep up the great work!
  • I'm a TX girl - currently in the Houston area but also lived in Austin for a time.
  • It can be common - especially if you are going longer periods of time between meals. You're stomach is kind of like a furnace and if it's not being fueled... well, you get the idea. :) Try to keep eating more frequent snacks and keep the body moving as much as you can! Good luck!
