I think you are doing really well! Like you said, just watch the sodium and try to up your water intake... and it's OK to have a small piece of chocolate every day- that will keep the cravings away and help you avoid wanting the entire bag of chocolate :wink:

Love that book.. Read it and own it! It's one of the reasons I quit soda cold turkey and I have cut out most of my caffeine (there are a few days where caffeine is still a must or snoozing at my desk I go).... :wink:

I did well yesterday... Finished my 10 cups of water and managed to get exercise in for the day... Today - I am 1/2 way through my water and really hoping I can at least get in 30 minutes of exercise tonight... Great Job Everyone!!!!! :smile:
