I eat a lot of spicy food or add chili powder to food that needs a kick... I have no problem drinking my water then :laugh:

You can add me! My daughter thinks it's funny with I work out too.. I try to do yoga poses and they are difficult when you are out of shape - she sits on the floor and says look mom its so easy... WOW, I get put in my place by my 6 year old. :laugh:

Hi and Happy Friday! Well, stayed the same this week...happy that I didn't gain though. I didn't get a chance to get as many work-outs in this week as I wanted and we are going out of town next weekend for Memorial Day - so have to bump it up!! Oh, but I can tell that my clothes are fitting much better!!! YEAH! :drinker:

I'm with you.. I have a desk job and on some days I barely move 3 feet from my desk.. I try to take a mini break - walk around our small office just to get out of the chair, but depends on the day... I just do what I can outside of work and try not to sit too much when I get home :wink:

I'm in!!! Peaked at the scale this morning and it was down another 0.8 pounds (hopefully that holds up to next Tuesday + some)... NSV for the week - my jeans weren't snug this morning!!! Current weight from last weigh-in 165.2, I want to be at 156 by July 4th... Of course I will be happy if it's less ;)

I love peanut butter... I use the Better n'Peanut Butter that has 100 calories and 2g of fat per serving... I use it on English muffins, apples, and whatever else sounds good - sometimes just plain!!!

You can do mixed veggies in the stove to "roast" them... I do broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower and add some seasoning...but you can mix together whatever veggies you like and season how you want!

I have a Camebak 750ml and it helps me get my water in for the day...drinking from a plain water bottle just doesn't work for me, but add a straw and it goes quick! Good luck!
