OK so how would I find the calories in what I'm eating if I were to just thrown some seasonings in the bread crumbs and bake it up? Sorry I'm still new at this!

Thats my favorite book of all time! Its such a wonderful love story. Right now I'm in the middle of reading "Perfume The Story of a Murderer" by Patrick Suskind Ive had to take a break because of finals and whatnot but its good so far :)

The night before the season premier I had two of my best girlfriends and fellow whovians over for a netflix marathon! One of them was able to stay over until the next night when it was on and we watched it together. My brother is also a fan so he'll record it and we'll usually watch it together when we both have time

I just passed my first week mark and I didn't lose anything either. I was sure I was going to because I lost 4 pounds the two weeks before starting MFP by only drinking water. I'm hoping it'll happen soon enough if I just stick to it! Good luck to you!
