  • No, I actually use trader joes protein, its only $15 but its how I can afford the formula 1 shakes and tea! Down 35 pounds doing it that way.

  • I get light headed when I drink the tea by itself. I just make sure to drink my shake with the tea or keep a piece of fruit near by.
