My opinion: avoid the buffets. They have gotten ridiculously expensive anyway, and there are lots of restaurants where you can get healthier and better food for the same amount of money. My "go-to": Kale or spinach, cucumber, berries, banana or mango, and flax, chia or hemp seeds. And spirulina if I want to be extra healthy. :)

I TOTALLY agree with you. True health doesn't come from eating lowfat, or low carb, or following WW. It comes from eating real, unprocessed food.
