60 mins in an hour....so if it takes you 20 mins to walk a mile that's 3mph and if it takes you 15 mins, that's 4mph. Adjust accordingly.

eat a bigger chocolate bar, lol. Honestly, I don't care if I'm short...I only care if I go over. If I'm short, I'm short...you hit the nail right on the head when you said listen to your body. If you're hungry, eat something extra, if not, then don't eat. IMHO.

Just my personal opinion... women that get cat-called 9 out of 10 times are wearing something figure showing/slim-fitting. I'm just being honest here. Males are pervs...it's the same reason if you wear a shirt with your boobs hanging out, they're gonna look, I'm guilty myself from time to time.

I lost 100+ pounds in high school from being in sports and barely eating. Of course, afterwards, I gained all that back, plus a bunch. I could've weighed more, but the first time I actually got on a scale capable of weighing me, I was 497 pounds and almost gave up on life. Not sure who or what caused the flame to be lit…
