I like the midnight to midnight idea. My eating patterns are so random which is something I need to work on for sure. Just signed up for Anytime Fitness in Glendale (67th and Cactus). Unfortunately, I doubt I'll find a workout buddy considering I work overnights and plan on going at 4am when I get off work. I dig this idea though.

Oh, damn, I knew that once. Thanks for the reminder. With a BMR that high then, I can see why my intake is so high. Now to work on selecting the RIGHT foods. Somehow I don't think I'll have much success if I eat 2200 calories worth of McDonalds every day.
