i personally, eat a fibre one bar or a yogurt before i work out... if i do more then that i get sick to my stomach... it depends on you as an individual in my opinoin

I LOVE WALMART.... they have cute things... and i usually get everything on clearance!!!! i buy their 3 pack sport bras and they work better then anything esle i've tried... and my friend thinks so too... also try costco!!!

lately is watching shows from my childhood... right now i'm on a power rangers originals kick (all the way to turbo).... yes i did say that and admitted it.... before that i re watched all the seasons of biggest loser.... such a loser ... lol

I don't weigh myself weekly, maybe i should. I do so monthly ... my first month was 10 lbs my second month was 3 lbs... it was horrid but then i realized it was december and its a bad food month. Our bodies lose weight at different speeds each month it seems... DON'T LET WEEK TWO GET YOU DOWN.... just change everything up.…

my friend lost 100 lbs in just over a year... she started at 290... i started at 285 and now 265.... and that took me 2 months an 1/2... it all depends on your metabolism and how much work and effort you put into it!!! i'm betting you can do it in over a year... it takes alot of time... to take it off... but its worth it!!!
