Thank You all for answers! Most of you are eating whole egg. :) I think this waswhat I wanted to hear that egg yolk isn't as bad! :)) So I will keep eating it! Thanks again!

I think You shout get some food in the morning. I try to get some energy in the morning before workout - some fruit or orange juice, after workout I try to eat more proteins. I get 5 meals a day.

L1D5 done! I started with 4.4lb weight but that was too heavy for me, now I am using 1kg (2.2lb) weights and for some exercises it feels a bit too light and I am thinking may be I can mix them. I found it better to do in the morning when I wake up. I can't find time in the evening. I feel energy all day long and sore legs…

To: kri1977 I think I will try to make 10day each level. Yesterday I started Level 1 with 2kg (4.4lb) dumbbells but that was too heavy for me, so I got 1kg (2.2lb) to start with.
