I am back again here. I am 35, 175cm (5,74ft), 69kg (152pounds). I want to lose 10kg (~20 pounds) and get my belly flat again after babies. I have no time for gym, so I exercise at home. Need some more motivation. Please add me.

Depends how You calculate Your calories. I think 866 calories per day are way too less if You want healthy body. You shouldn't go under 1200 per day, because it's minimum for normal body functioning. I just finished 30 Day Shred! - 2 kg - 3cm waist at navel level - 1 cm hips waist narroves part is the same. Didn't lose very much but I feel stronger and I love it! Tonight I will try to make some pics My next challenge will be ripped in 30. Good luck! :)

I didn't knot live fit 12 week plan before. It seems interesting and want to give it a try. Next week I will finish 30 day shred and will try to start it. But I think I will not follow the plan 100%. Will see when time comes. Best wishes everyone and chase Your dreams! :)

Finished D8 L1. This is third day when I am using 2x2kg weights, it feels better than day 1 but still not easy. I do the easy push ups and not real ones. I will try tomorrow do some real pushups. I think I need to do some extra streching or some more cardio.
