While I cannot grow all of my own food, I grow what I can. I don't trust ANY food I buy, whether it's labeled organic or not (not that I don't eat it, I just don't trust it). Not everything organic is good for you. Tar is organic, but I wouldn't eat it!!

Hey, I just like the way it says something like if every day were like today, you'd weigh x pounds in 5 weeks...the x is usually less than I weigh now, even if I go over a little bit, so that reminds me that it's all good!!

I haven't had the heart to try burpees yet...maybe in a couple of days, weeks, months, years...My son demonstrated how they did them for PT when he was in the military, and they look like they just plain out hurt!! I can't do a real push up yet, so I doubt I could pull off doing a burpee!!

^^This, and am losing at a pretty steady rate....although with yesterday being Mother's Day, and eating a big lunch with my Mother-In-Law and an even bigger dinner with my son, I expect this week's weigh in is not going to look so good!!

I keep a jar of peanut butter at work...when I'm really hungry, I just scoop a spoonful out of the jar and pop it in my mouth....not too expensive, and it holds me over until dinner. If I let myself get too hungry, I have a sugar drop, get shaky and have been known to pass out....the peanut butter really helps with that…
