I'm in, although going from straight couch potato, I doubt I'll get 10 days of each workout in in 30 days!! So glad to see this post!! I like beer, especially in the summer time!! Nothing like lighting the grill and popping a top!! I have cut WAY back the last couple of weeks, though....mostly during the week, still drink it up on the weekends!!
