  • I LOVE my treadmill! I'm a speed walker but I've recently been easing into running. I've inherited some pretty crappy knees and running on the treadmill is significantly more comfortable than running on pavement.
  • Fiber! Oatmeal, sweet potatoes, apples, bananas, grains likt Quinoa, Farro, brown rice, almonds, beans Of course, not all in the same day....
  • Go to the Dr!! I used to take Topomax for my Chronic headaches and it literally made me crazy, like I thought I had bugs crawling under my skin crazy. Horrible drug.
  • Yep!! Yesterday I ate my healthy lunch and then preceeded to eat half a roll of oreos! I just made sure to make time for the treadmill that evening and to remember "tomorrow is a new day"
  • I would just stick to ordering something like Lentil Soup and a chicken Kabab instead of something with a thick sauce like a curry or Masala. Indian food is so flavorful you don't need those calorie dense sauces.
  • Cottage cheese with garlic and herbs mixed in = Yummy dip for cucumbers or veggie chips Sliced deli meat spread with a dollup of low fat cream cheese and a spoon ful of salsa, rolled up I also make chicken salad out of white meat chicken (sometimes smoked to add more flavor) almonds, a few red grapes, Greek yogurt instead…
  • Add a packet of Dry Ranch Dressing to it (or better yet- all the gresh herbs and garlic that are in ranch) and it makes a really good dip for cucumbers or pita chips
  • Spend a few hours in the kitchen and make your own meals- portion them into containers like gladware and pop them in the fridge or freezer. I usually do grilled grilled chicken breast, 1/2 baked sweet potato and a veg like steamed cauliflower or green beans. A big pot of homemade Vegetable soup is so easy and freezes…
  • My Fav is turkey deli meat spread with cream cheese and salsa- then roll it up. Super YUM and low carb second favorite is an apple with some almond butter
  • Mine is chocolate and I have no self control whatsoever when it's in the house. So I don't keep it in the house. If I need a fix I buy a single serving so I can't binge on leftovers.
  • I always notice it first on my thighs and butt and stomach is always last.
  • I have a Lifespan and I absolutely LOVE it! I bought mine new but I've seen used for under $1,000. Its a Year and a half old now and it gets used every day and it's still in perfect condition, haven't has a single issue yet. Also came with a fabulous warranty.
