  • I didn't mean I work out only once a week. I work out 5 times a week and usually Saturday is my stationary bike day haha well maybe it was just dehydration or just not working hard enough I guess. today I was back to normal (sweating like crazy during my Insanity workout)
  • 5'3" and my initial goal is somewhere between 119-121lbs. I was 112 lbs before I gained weight (I wasn't skinny but just small boned) but I don't mind being heavier as long as it's from all the muscles I've been building :D
  • No you won't get big unless you're type that bulks up easy like my sister, which is kinda rare in girls I think. we eat the same food and do the exact same workouts but somehow she ends up gaining muscle but I don't lol So i guess don't worry too much about that :) but consuming protein does help you with your appetite so…
  • That's very inspiring! I asked my mom to join me when I started IF and she said she couldn't do something like that because of her age. I too started thinking that maybe fasting might not be such a good idea for someone who's older but maybe she'll change her mind after reading this :)
  • try it with frozen bananas. it tastes almost like ice cream :)
