yes I honestly coupon, however I only shop at 1 store I usually have between 20-30 dollars of coupons. I have an expanding file (mini type) but I do go through their ad and look for sales. I also go by my grocery list and look for what I need. Cashiers hate me..my store doesn't double coupons so I take every chance I can…

I tried chugging it. I understand protein is good for me being a post bariatric patient that is why I drink it on the way to work. So I get my protein at least 20 grams in the morning

yeah tried it with a variety of different milks prior to this and it tasted worse. I'm actually thinking about doing a fruit/vegetable shake to see if that will work to mask the flavor. its just gross in general it leaves a metalic after taste.

I hardly know where the bathroom is in this place but I get what you're sayig. It would help if I take time out for myself, I have forced myself to go out and walk at lunch, maybe I should force myself to go to the bathroom more often.

I'm really limited on space by my house, I need to take my husband's GPS watch out and see how far the trail runs out if I actually want to do it outside, its relaly not even a trail...then I have the trails here where I work however they are utilized by people that are much more equipped to be running them.

Fish tacos....(I made terrible fish tacos) I also had a fish fajita platter at a diner, it tasted funny took 3 bites got food posioning for 4 days from 3 bites of food. The place closed down 2 weeks later.
