  • natural unprocessed foods. unrefined sugars, unbleached grains (although I'm going grainless, my family is not), gmo, pesticide free basically organic
  • Awesome! As with me Starbucks is a big downfall for me too, and with it being just a few hundred feet away from me its difficult. However I've chose Iced coffee over caramel macchiatio that I used to get and though today they only had whole milk I usually go with skim or 2% and raw sugar. CONGRATS AGAIN!!!
  • hi! If you would you can add me clean eating is a wonderful new way of life, I've had my ups and downs and we're still adjusting everyday however we're making better choices. :-)
  • The brown rice needs to be cooked prior I apologize for leaving that out.
  • I might add that my Breakfast as you see is usually 200 cal or less. My bigger meals though can between 300-500 cal.
  • well my day typically starts 3 hours before yours... but here goes it 8:30-Breakfast 10:30-Small snack 12:30Lunch 3:30-smal snack 6:30 dinner 8:30-small snack
  • almond butter with bananas (I know you say you only like peanuts but almond butter is fantastic) span out and try different types of greek yogurt, I switch between Fage/cobani 0% fat is a little tangy you might try the 2% option with some raw honey do regular yogurt as another option plain (others are laden with sweetners)
  • Don't have fresh miso soup, however the little soup next door does have Annie chun's.....I may have to splurge and get some today to go with my salad...although there are still a ton of leftovers from the potluck

  • I only truly count water (plain h20) unless flavored with lemon, citrus no sugar added items, clear water to my daily water count. I usually only drink water, coffee, vitamin water zero (terrible thing), teas.

They dislike the fact that I use real sugar (raw) instead of white because of the bleaching process, they don't like the fact that I don't like eating white rice vs brown or whole wheat pasta vs white.   • Larabars, while generally most of them are clean some of them have chocolate in them and those are my absolute favorites! :-) although they are fair trade and still 1/4 cup of fruit in each bar they are addicting
