If you only breathe for 23 hours a day you will be under your TDEE, this means you are not losing weight healthily. Make sure you breathe back all of your exercise calories.

Hi, I recently started walking myself - it's been about 6 weeks - I found that over the first 3-4 I was experiencing the same issue with my calves burning and getting pretty sore after short periods of walking and then tightness the following day.
