  • How I am going to reach my goal is by buring more calories then i eat. I will eat healthy and stay physically active to help control my body weight. In order for me to lose weight fast I will have to work out harder longer better and do this every single day of the week.
  • My goal is to lose weight and lose fat and gain muscle. I plan on doing this by makeing my exercises more intense and longer. I will also start eating healthier lay off the junk food and start eating less fatty foods.
