  • ok so I made it to the gym, did 18 on the elliptical, 20 minutes on the treadmill, and my circuit for the machines - burnt about 700 or so calories.

  • put a little olive oil in the bottom of a pan and heat - add onion, different peppers, and some mushrooms - add spinach. When almost done chop some chicken sausage and add - then when cooked stir in some feta just until it starts to melt and throw into a pita === One of my favorites!

I have tried different things and my body conformed so quickly to the routine it just stopped working or what I thought should be working just didn't. Maybe you need to vary your workouts more?
