hi there! i am actually starting today (again). i tried to start a couple of weeks ago and came down with the flu. i actually did phase one a few months ago (with great results!) and then dropped out because i went on vacation. so here's hoping i stick with it this time!:)

thank you so much for suggesting the kalyns kitchen site!! it made me excited to restart south beach cause i was sick of some of the old recipes:) just started yesterday but feel like i have so many great options!!

day 7 of level 2 done- wasn't able to get to it yesterday so i'm behind again. i think the only thing that got me to do it today was knownig i'd be one day closer to being done with level2. can't wait!

had to take break from shred tonight! did 20 minutes of cardio. this week has kicked my butt! back to it tomorrow!

level 1 day 10 done! excited and scared to start level 2 tomorrow, as i remember that one being a killer-- i definitely agree on the plank cardio moves! yuck!! if memory serves, though, level 2 was really where i started seeing results. so i will hold on to that for motivation! great job everyone!

way to go everyone! just finished workout 2. had my rest day yesterday, so on to cardio tomorrow, and then starting week 2 (again):) i have to hand it to jillian- i did the kickstart diet this week, but only did one workout per day, and still lost 5 pounds. yay!
