you are probably at the plateau in ur weight loss programme. Dont give though... keep at it and you'd get past it soon. Like one of the past comments noted, its good to have range weight goal and not necessarily an exact weight so just keep up ur proramme and focus on maintaining as well.

hey.... your story sounds similar to mine. I'm 5'7" and when i started the about 4 weeks ago I weighed 145lbs. Im getting married and going on vacation and would like to weigh approximately 135lbs. I had my first weigh in this weekend and i'm now at 141.8lbs. I am so elated and even more motivated to keep on going!
