Gotta gain weight at a slight caloric surplus and monitor your Bodyfat with Skinfold Calipers. It's a real hassle and more trouble than it's worth imo, I'd just do a regular Bulk. It will work if you have the determination and patience though

I'm 23 and people usually think I'm younger than I am. It can be annoying but I try not to complain because I know it will be a Blessing when I get old. Assuming I still look younger than I am ;)

I see friend list snobs everywhere on the internet, not just here. They're not worth your time, if they have to behave so childishly and put others down on the internet they probably don't have many friends IRL. That's how I look at it anyway

I think it's best to have a Protein Shake after your workout, but I'm sure having something about an hour before you lift would be beneficial as well. The most important thing is that you actually do your workout, It's good to have a post workout meal or shake but there's no need to panic if you can't get one in. ;)
