I've been thinking about trying this out. Most of my weight loss has been due to diet and a very sporadic workout schedule. I've heard great things and think it could be a good jumping off point for a lot of people.

Some people are too obsessed with the number on the scale and believe it dictates how healthy they are. That's sad. I bet the guy felt like ****.

I don't think you need to be forcing yourself to drink more water than that. Listen to your body! There is such a thing as too much water and if you're forcing it, you can make yourself sick.

I'm not sure how you believe that a size 0 is attainable by everyone, given they try hard enough... You can't really isolate areas to burn fat, but I've heard that strength training can help you burn fat and build muscle simultaneously. You would probably end up gaining weight in muscle, but losing the gut. You would just want to make sure you're eating the right diet for this.…

I try to eat only organic dairy, and Stonyfield Farm is readily available everywhere here because the Farm operates out of my state. I remember going there when it was much smaller and their dairy was sourced directly from their own cows. it's a much larger operation now but they still have the best yogurt in my opinion.
