Yes, but only with the right outfit. He's gotta like my Vans too!

I have the one and I LOVE it! I know people have had issues with the metal and allergies though on the wristbands. If you have sensitive skin, you might want to go with the clip on models. I adore mine and if anything ever happened to it, I would reorder within seconds!

Rather annoyingly, eating less/better and exercising really does work. 40 lbs down. No specific diet, just staying within calories. I even eat french fries and other "naughty" foods when I want!

I have the Aria scale and the fitbit. I step on my scale first thing every morning and then it just syncs with all of my programs... MFP and fitbit automatically have the data and there's no way that I can fudge it! I also have mine synced with Trendweight (trendweight.com) because it gives me great stats. Basically it…

NETFLIX!!!! I often do 1.5-2 hrs on the treadmill, but have to watch something. If you can't do a movie, try a good TV show or make a youtube playlist of a bunch of music videos. When you are stuck using technology (treadmill), use more technology (tablet/computer) to make it better!

Kellogg's Flatbread sausage sandwich. So yummy and 240 cals and easy. I know it's processed but much better than some of the other options out there!

She sounds awesome.

I have the One and love it. I stopped using the sleep monitor because I wasn't that interested in my sleep patterns. The one seems more streamlined for wearing under clothes and I prefer that! No complaints! Love it!

Great Idea with the potato picture! You look great!!!!

MFP Fitbit MapMyWalk Totally checking out all of the other suggestions soon though!

Cheers on this! We each have our own road to walk and we shouldn't judge from either perspective. We all do things to feel more attractive- both for ourselves and for others and that's okay!

Giving myself some slack. I find that if I allow myself to mess up without beating myself up, I can stay on track. Weight loss is the one thing in life that I don't see as just black and white! I refuse to get angry at myself when I make a mistake or have a bad day! The other thing that helps me as far as motivation (and…

Drew Barrymore or Jennifer Lawrence. Both in great shape, but fit enough with curves.

Feel free to add me! :)

Carnival has a "bubbles" card for soft drinks for about $30-35 which allows you unlimited drinks for the week. If you don't drink alcohol, you will save tons on that! (calories too!!!) I'm going on my third cruise in three years this April, I travel with a friend and we each spend about $3-400 on the boat but that includes…

MapMyWalk is great for Android- free, very reliable, good information. For a pedometer to count steps, you are going to need to buy something. The phone just isn't going to do it. If you are willing to invest some $, look into fitbit for the sip or the one. I have the one and I love it! www.fitbit.com Check out the video!…

Riding my recumbent bike today. Fighting the remainder of a cold, so even though it's mild out (about 40-45 F) I'm avoiding exercising outside to prevent a coughing fit!

If I am talking about someone else, I'll say "bigger," "larger" or heavyset." If I am talking about myself I usually say "chunky chick" or "extra jiggle in my wiggle." Clearly, I think my fat has a fun personality....

I used to use mine quite a bit, but like others said, it's not the most intensive workout. I would do the advanced boxing and advanced step, but they are super repetitive. I really tried to improve my timing to get high scores, but even that got boring. I rarely use it anymore.
-
Me too! I always think I look okay. Watching Biggest loser last night, I kept thinking, "That chick weighs less than me, but I think I look waaaaaay better." Maybe I'm wrong, but I think that the confidence can go a long way. My photos aren't spectacular, and I don't think it's denial, but I think I'd rather be confident…

Wow!!!! Incredible!!!

Walk a LOT! Take a walking tour or two around the boat a few times a day and eat in the fancy dining room rather than any of the buffets so that you just get the one simple, portion controlled meal rather than heap on lots of junk at the "serve yourself" areas. Swim, walk, avoid too many desserts. When it comes down to it…

I weigh myself on my bathroom scale at least once of the day, but that's just because I can't help myself. I log my weight on here and fitbit when I see a change of a pound or so (+ or -) for a couple of days. I find that I fluctuate so much that I don't want to log a loss that is due to being thirsty or having a full…

I love mine!

A sweet *kitten* and less jiggle when I wiggle! I'll enjoy buying new clothes the whole way through the journey too!
