i have been intermittent fasting too for two months now. it doesn't hurt me. but the op has, if i understand, no eating window for 3 to 10 days she mentions doing the juice or water fast. and never mentions eating window or intermittent fasting. she i believe mention detox. op meaning original post/poster

i lost my goal of 20 lbs already. I would have been wise like you and tried to lose the weight right when i gained it. but instead i carried around extra weight for several years. good luck and well wishes :)
