I just started Xyng two days ago and have lost 4.1lbs. I think the biggest thing it does for me is help control my appetite. I usually snack a lot and am a stress eater. But with the xyng I am able to just eat what I need to, and not snack all day and it keeps me from eating past full like I would normally do. How have you…

Today is day 6 for me and I have lost 2lbs so far. I heard from a freind and read a article saying that its best to exercise in the morning before you eat breakfast.

I know how you feel. I have been sick for 2 weeks now. I have been forcing myself to exercise because I am afraid if I miss one day I wont go back to it.
