Thanks everyone. These all seem right up my alley. So glad no-one recommended a 'celebrity' dvd or novelty dance show aerobics or w/e - these always seem so half-hearted to me and a money-making scheme for the celeb and whoever is promoting them. xxx

Hey there! Im 20wks pregnant and due Nov 3rd, so just a week or so before your due date. I was at the very top end of 'normal' verging on overweight pre-pregnancy and i lumped weight on in the 1st trimester. I should have mentioned that i still do a fair amount of toning exercises - not as many as i used to, but i do: 1 set: 50 reps LEG EXTENSIONS on 2nd bar down (not sure how heavy this is but it burns like hell after about 30reps - ive been going for low weight/high reps instead of my usual…
