1oz of light rum (barcadi) has 60 cal for an oz....is the 100 calorie drink (rum and diet) for 1 1/2 oz shot? In an 8oz glass that's a strong drink! For me anyway! :drinker:

My victory today is I've had fruit and veggies already today! Yay! I usually weigh myself 2 twice a week but I also have an official weigh in day (Wednesdays). Usually I cave before the week is up and weigh myself on Sun or Mon just to see where I'm at. I've notice that if I go a little overboard on Sat or Sun if I exercise and watch it I'll be down by Wed.

I have the same issue....I'm over in one or the other. Mostly it seems to be protein though so I actually went into the settings and upped my protein and lower my carbs. (Each by just 5%) It seems to be working ok and I'm consistantly losing weight every week. It might be an idea!

I haven't lost much for inches yet either. I feel like I'm doing everything right and I feel strong/better then I did 24lbs ago but I've only lost maybe 3-4 inches and I know it should be more.
