  • I had my band removed on 3/25 and sleeve done on 6/10. I feel fantastic. I think out of all three surgeries I've had, the sleeve was the easiest. I love the Chike coffee protein drink and have it every morning. I have chicken broth for lunch. Sometimes I will have half cup of Greek yogurt. I don't feel hungry necessarily,…
