Just started today. Boss mentioned it .. and well .. thought if he can do it ... I can do it. Doing Zumba 3 days a week and watching what I eat. NOW ... I can track WHAT I eat and know when to cut back or go do MORE excercise. GOOD LUCK everyone!!
