Im not against lifting, i just have no clue where to start. I'm doing jillian micheals workouts since I have started (light lifting/circuit training). I have been working on strengthening my back (super mans/ reverse crunches), but its like I take 2 steps forward end up hurting myself and taking 2 or 3 steps back..

I'm 5'3". I have about 75 pounds to go. I have lost about 50. I started at 250 and I literally working on losing half my body weight to get me to a healthy weight of 125.

My goal is between 125 and 135. But my hips are really wide, idk if its that doable yet because i have never bee that small. We'll see when it gets closer.

I love my fiance' and he is incredibly supportive and even reminds me to work out on days where my brain isn't quite on track. The only thing that bothers me is that he likes to poke my belly. I don't like the reminder that it's there most days

Cut down your cheat meals to every other week or even once a month. And then tell yourself you can do it! Seriously, you have lost a ton of weight so far don't let the stress of that number mean everything. Maybe check the scale a little less often? every other day? once a week? Just keep in up and try not to let the scale…

Plan meals, its tedious, and you end up eating a lot of the same food. but I find it the best way. I am trying to hit 1200 cals (usually only eating between 850 and 950. When I plan my meals I get a lot closer (1100-1000)

Fiber one bread. 100 calories for TWO slices...just saying. Or squirrelly bread. Its organic/vegan and its super tastey

I have an internal conflict, not that it is true necessarily, but I have always been told that nut butters are SO fattening. I have gotten a little better, I have been eat some more peanut butter but I have really been watching portion size.
