I have thyroid issues and have regular bloodwork, is that the hormone issues you refer to? If not I'll have to ask my endocrinologist at the next spot, cause I'm 'stuck' too:( what did they do for your hormone issues? I'm taking a synthroid now. And of corse it doesnt help dealing with 'almost' menopause! Thanks

Try the Zumba for Wii...tracks your calories burned etc! Just do the short classes or one dance at a time each day or few days to build up..I threw my back out doing too much too fast:( but it's awesome!
