Chia seeds?
Someone told me that Chia seeds are awesome sources of fiber, plus I read it was a good supplement for weight loss. Does anyone use it or tried it? Is it worth trying for 'regularity' at least or will I just wind up with a full head of grass on my head:bigsmile:

Fence building?
I just spent two hours this morning helping my husband put up fencing (he placed the posts, I pulled on the wire fencing to keep it taut while he nailed it in place. Would that count as exercise? If so, what would you classify it as. I know my upper arm muscles are sore, lol...Thanks.

30lbs down, 15 to go..and STUCK!
