After using my elliptical daily for20-30 minutes daily since I started here and now being stuck in a plateau, I decided to change up some things. So I started using the Leslie Sansone walk Away the Pounds DVD with the ab belt...My question is, has anyone actually seen results with it? I have hip bursitis and low back problems which the side step movements kill me, but I'm trying to ignore the pain, lol, if doing this daily is going to be worth it in the long run I can take it. Believe it ornot, the elliptical doesn't aggravate my hip/back issues. Also with the Leslie Sansone DVD, how long before you started to see results? I do the fat burning 2 mile walk now. Next week I'll start the 3 mile one and switch back and forth. Compared to the Zumba DVD, Sansone doesnt feel like I'm getting a good workout, sweatwise, lol, but I found out the hard way that Zumba is really bad for my particular hips/ back issue. I'm also 53 and not as limber as I used to be!

I have osteoarthritis in my knees and hips and I use the Leslie Sansone DVD when I feel up to it, I had an arthroscopy back in Feb so I haven't used it as often since then but before that I used it once or twice a week and found it really beneficial :) I really felt like I was getting a good workout, especially with the weights section but I am probably a lot less fit than you :P

Personally, I love WAtP! It's a great way to get in some cardio, and she integrates moves like hamstring curls and lateral raises, so you get a little toning action all over! I used it for a dose of cardio when I was stressed out or felt the need to move (I hated running at the time), and definitely saw results. Plus watching it makes me remember when I used to watch my mom work out with Sansone when I was little. haha, Good times. =)
