Just walked 5 miles in my den with Leslie Sansone. Now I am cooking supper and really hopeto not overeat!:bigsmile:

I did not walk yesterday, but I was busy all day and didn't overeat. I helped a friend bake 155 cupcakes and make 110 mints for a party coming up. We also cooked supper and a chocolate cheesecake. The good news in all of this, I only ate one bite of the cheesecake! YEAH for me:)

Obvously you have internet access. Go to youtube and type Leslie Sansone Walking video. There are many to choose from. Also, many other types of exercises (all free). It doesn't take a gym membership or expnsive equitment. Loose clohing, tennis shoes and videos will work. I have been using the waking vide and have lost…

same here - I don't worry about natural sugars from fruit. Just don't eat sugar from junk food. You shoud be fihe.

I live in the country and the time it would take me to drive to the gym and back I can do a 5 mile walk with Leslie Sansone by video or a youtube exercise walk with Jessica Smith. My tv also has exercise on demand channels that I can use for other types of working out. I also bought 2…

half of your calories yesterday were empty calories. cheetos for breakfast and a king size candy bar? I fyou aare really serious, cut out the junk food completely. Go to the store and buy some fruit to snack on. Best advice is to plan ahead and stick to the plan. Good luck to you, you did it before you can do ir agaain.

I try to eat at 6:00 - 9:00 - 12:00- 3:00- 6:00 and 9:00. My largest meal is at 6:00. If I eat a little something, I don't feel deprived.
