@PatriceFitnessPal Good morning. I have found that due to Covid I am bored a lot and when I am bored I BAKE. I have shared with neighbors and have several things in the freezer. I am now trying to walk or deep clean the house instead of baking. The best thing I bought during Covid is a simple silver chain from Hobby Lobby…

@eggfreak I love the big pictures! Great idea to keep the critters out of the garden. I have been giving cucumbers away every day for several weeks now. Quite an abundance this year. I have cooked and frozen 18 pints of squash and have tomatoes ripening that should be ready today or tomorrow. We usually have a large garden…

I have always thought dieting was easier than maintenance. On a diet, there are no cheat days and teats and you rigidly stick to it. I may need to DIET a couple of days a week.

I finally had time to read through some posts this morning. It looks like y'all are doing great. I am sorry that I can't contribute on a regular basis but I am just wearing too many hats right now. at home, school and church. I am a person that likes to give 100% at whatever I do and I have just not been able to do this.…

very slightly above my magic number but lots of school end of year treats from admin and teachers. Hope to resist this coming week and cut back a bit this weekend.
-
I am 1.8 pounds below my magic number but may be over it tomorrow. I play with the same few pounds up and down. At least I am not doing the yo yo with 10-20 pounds. I have held pretty steady since about 2015. I give ALL the credit to walking 10,000 steps a day , drinking more water and watching my magic number closely.
-
@jugar My weight can vary by a pound or so but basically staying below my magic number. When I eat something high in sodium is when I see an increase.

Please move me to the support team. I will be teaching every day in May. I also moderate a walking group that requires my daily attention. During Covid I am the administrator of our church page daily as well. When I do something I want to give it 100% and I am just stretched too far. I wish all of you a great month ahead!…

Wow, I missed a lot yesterday. I worked in a 6th grade classroom yesterday. I was very impressed with the procedures followed and the behavior of the students. It was a good day but it sure slowed down my walking. I did stay after school and walked the halls until I hit 10,000. I will be in the 7th grade today and Friday…

We did not have the outdoor worship service yesterday. It was too cold, wet and windy. This Sunday we will return to the sanctuary for the first time since March 8, 2020. I have plans to go out to eat tonight and Wednesday. I have only done this once since Covid. If I feel safe I will eat in. If not, we will get it to go.…

Wow, a lot goes on when you miss a day! I have had a good start to the week. We had an outdoor service at church Sunday. The sun was shining, gentle breeze and birds singing! We could only "air hug" but it was great seeing our members gather together in worship. Facebook has been good but nothing like being together. We…
