Just work with what you have! IM A GIRL OF 19! and I have just worked through with what I can lift with out disterbing my form or hurting myself! It nothing to do with weight! Just add or take away what ever weight you need! I love deadlifts I say go for it! Just check proper form and take it easy as a beginner :)

I dont believe in the whole not enough cals! Just my view! I'd give your body a jump start I did this about a month ago was the best thing is did before getting back training hard! Just give you body a shock!

I have gained about 3kg but lost 1.5 inches of my waist and thighs! And i have gone from 13% body fat % to 10% I drink loads and do strengh training! Scales DO NOT give an accarate measurement of you progress! Water retention and muscle mass- will effect it so much and will only make you feel bad becuse even if you are loosing weight the scales might not show it or say you are gaining due to WR and MM

Maybe dont look at weight and look at measurements instead!
