  • Let us know how it goes, I was a nervous wreck beforehand. I'm doing Week 6 day 3 today after work. 22 minute run! Looking forward to getting this one under my belt. I think after this run today I might finally feel comfortable signing up for one for an upcoming 5k.
  • I just finished week 6 day 1 yesterday. After completing the dreaded 20 minute run on week 5 day 3 I feel ready to do anything! Well at least for now, until I look ahead at week 7 probably. lol Seriously though, I was so nervous about that 20 minute run, I even thought about it the night before when I was going to sleep. I…
  • I just started too. Tonight (if the weather cools off a bit) I'll be doing Week 3 day 3. If it's still super hot and muggy tonight I'll do it tomorrow morning.
  • I have a friend who swears by this diet. I'm going to give it a try. Have you started yet? How's it going so far?

Oh and also to maintain my calories for the ENTIRE week! I really want to get…
  • Dont be discouraged, I've seen your posts and I think you are doing wonderful. I had really bad days yesterday and the day before. So bad that I probably gained back the 5lbs I lost already. I'm afraid to check the scale though... !! But, today is a new day and I'm gonna do it right today and make good choices!! I guess…
  • Pam that post was confusing and honestly I have no idea what the heck the person who posted that is talking about. Honestly, most of time this contest seems confusing to me. There are numerous threads with different information, rules that - especially after reading the quote you posted - that I feel like might be in place…
  • I love beans, gonna start adding them to my daily salad! That should push me up where I need to be! thanks!
  • I'm not the person you quoted but yes, it is. I usually take a four tortilla, add lots of baby spinach, onions, red pepper, tomatoes, sprinkle of feta cheese and top with the salmon pouch. It makes a yummy and satisfying wrap. Sometimes I use the Chicken of the Sea tuna pouch. It's lemon pepper tuna and very yummy too.
  • I have one fish recipe/photo to share already and another one in mind that I will also make and take photos of. Will get those up as soon as I can. I'm exhausted today from taking care of a sick kid all weekend and yesterday. To top it of when I got to work today I realized I left my laptop at home (it's my work computer).…
  • Sorry, no squats done this week. I drank at least 8 cups a day, but the only day I kept track after I drank 8 cups was today. The only Cardio I did this week was today and then I did a 30 minute bike ride this past Monday morning. No new exercise. Sorry guys, will try to do better this week!
  • My weight in: 201.4 Sunday Cardio: 30 minute bike ride Squats 0 Water 10 cups I've actually met my water goal each day this past week.
  • I'm new to MFP, I must not have come across that part of the site yet. I'll to look around a little more and find it, that sounds like a very handy feature of the site!
  • Looks great, I'm going to try it. Question, how did you figure out the calories per serving? I didnt see it listed with the recipe.
  • Yes, I was referring to the recipe thing. So I can already see a big challenge for me is going to be the challenges. For example, this evening traffic was nuts so I didn't get home until 6:40pm from work, had to leave out at 6:50 to take my son to soccer practice. Did grocery shopping while he was at practice and then…
  • Thanks Pam, that was super helpful. Just so I'm clear, the challenges I should be working on now are: the food challenge squats water new exercise cardio correct? That's a lot of stuff - I thought there would be one, maybe two challenges a week. Anyway, I'll give it my best shot!
  • Just hide it, that's what I did. Seriously though, feel free to add me. I love red wine and cheese. I just joined MFP last week, have already lost 4 pounds and havent given up either! I jsut make sure I allow for my daily dose. :)
  • Hi Team, So, I'm new to the BL challenges and very new to this site - just joined last week! :) I'm finding it a bit hard to keep the info straight for this group. There seems to be many different threads with different information/instructions. For example, I remember reading somewhere what date we need to get our weight…
  • Another wrap recommendation, I use the Ole Mexican Foods Extreme Wellness Tortillas - Spinach & Herb Tortilla Wraps. They are 90 calories and they are pretty large.
  • You know those tuna and salmon pouches by chicken of the sea? I get those - they are 90 cals each. I take a wrap and add some spinach, then the tuna or salmon pouch, whichever I'm using, and add some diced onion and red pepper, and a little black pepper or sometiems a dab of sauce - like chipotle hot sauce. It's yummy! Oh…
  • Latley for breakfast I've been having one of the following: Oatmeal with Chia seeds and a veggie sausage Hard boiled egg with a piece of fruit Greek Yogurt with chia seeds and a piece of fruit
  • Hello Brown Team! I'm excited and looking forward to doing this! I'm tired of dong nothing about my weight and am feeling really motivated and determined to take it head on! Especially now that the weather is getting warm. :) So, regarding the challenge for the week. The water part is easy for me because it's pretty much…

  • Love greek yogurt. My preference is the Fage plain, no fat with a little added honey. Sometimes strawberries too. YUM!
  • My eyes nearly popped out of my head when I logged my breakfast this morning! I'm new to this site and tracking, btw, this is my 2nd day. Anyway, I had an orange and a Fage Fruyo vanilla yogurt for breakfast. Those two things alone put me 32 grams over my daily goal of 24 grams of sugar. Yikes! The yogurt alone was 27…

  • I'm a once a day weigher. I actually find it encouraging and look forward to getting on the scale each morning. If I see an upwards fluctuation it's a motivator to be really careful that day. Do whatever works with you, but I agree if your going to be become obsessive or if it's going to be discouraging stick to once a…
